My mother was laid to rest on 8/9/21 as of today 8/10/22 her date of death has not been added to her plack. I've contacted the cemetery numerous times and nothing has happened.

DO NOT USE ARBUTUS MEMORIAL PARK. If you or your family haven't already pre-purchased burial arrangements-RUN! AWAY from here. While meeting face to face with a counselor, Aaron, I explained to him the MANY screw ups my family had experienced at Arbutus. I told him at least 25 times that I expected this to go smoothly for an upcoming burial. Two days before burial Aaron left me a voice message saying "I just wanted to let you know that I talked to the funeral home and told them your mother's burial had been moved up to 12:30 from 2:30" WHAT!!!! He didn't call me to ASK if it was ok....He called to TELL me it had been done!!! WHAT!!!! Then when I called him back he told me I couldn't speak to a manager about this. WHAT!! It it goes on and on!! Bottom line is this; DO NOT USE ARBUTUS MEMORIA PARK...... And wait.....I finally got in touch with Aaron's manager and she told me Aaron was their best. WHAT!! If he is the best.....then the others must really stink!! Run away from Arbutus Memorial Park" Want to know the whole story? I might do a YouTube video outlining everything.

Aaron Jeffers and Cecilia are wonderful, compassionate and caring. Aaron treated us as if we were family. He was attentive to every detail of the burial service and the selection and lay out of the marker. They were attentive to our needs as a family. We could not be more pleased.

??? Sounds suspicious. My mother is buried there and I often see where new headstones are placed on really old plots. I assume because they get damaged. It's possible the backhoe that may have to drive over some headstones to get at a plot has damaged it. I would take a picture and contact the office to resolve it.
