Stopped here on my way back to Chattanooga I ordered a chicken sandwich and some mashed potatoes and a drink. Sipped on my drink on the way home and the mix was perfect. Keep in mind my air was on in my car the whole trip. Somehow my food was still warm when I pulled in my driveway. I am amazed. This was a 35 minute drive. I swear I can't get hot food anywhere in my home town and drive 10 minutes home and have it be even luke warm. Food was fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!

I ordered on the app, and it was ready when I got there. Lobby was closed due to a shortage of staff, which could be why I got only 2 pieces in my 3 piece meal. When I went back, the lady at the drive thru apologized and gave me an extra piece of chicken. Great service in a tough situation!

Used drive thru. SO SLOW!! Over 25 minutes for six cars. More like "Whoa food" than "fast food". Cars were driving off instead of sitting in line. One lady drove off after sitting at the ordering station for five minutes. 2 stars for getting the order right. Chicken was overcooked or old. UGH!!

I went through the drive-thru and it was a very pleasant experience. The lady that took my order did not rush me, which is very nice. Many other fast food places are too worried about their window times and try to rush customers. This was not the case here. It has been a while since I have really looked at the menu. Most of the time, I just order the same thing. Today, I just wanted something different. And just being able to go to the drive-thru and look at the menu without the added anxiety of being rush was very nice. This does not mean the service was slow. Once I placed my order, the service was fast and CORRECT. Thank you KFC of Kimball.
