We have lived here for 12 years and have never had any major issues, George the maintenance guy is awesome. He always took care of us and it was prompt. The former manager Ramona was great and Suzy is good also. Only thing is we had to move on because we needed a 3 bedroom. But it’s a good affordable place and quiet.

Hi you can apply but usually the waiting list is more then a year I think they run for 1 bed from 550-600
