This is my second year living here ,and can say with confidence it is a Great Place to live for seniors. The bonus is, you can have a small dog. Enclosing the manager Bonnie, and the maintenance manager Fred, are a Blessing. They Always respond in a Timely Manner. Highly Recommend.

The manager Bonnie is very rude I stop by and her dog is viciously greeted me barking at me, I asked for an application and she refused to give me an aplication she said she throws them out after 3 months, I asked to speak to her superior and she said she did not know his name, and shut her office door, she was extremely rude. The qualification list does not match a subside and lower income housing tax credit property. She is asking for 1200.00 a month for a person that makes 14,000 annually. Does not make sense.

The apartment manager, Bonnie, is not attentive to the needs of the seniors that live there. There is also no real maintenace person on staff. Bonnie is not qualified to be running this property and is a liar!
