Well maintained soccer fields. No playground here but space to walk around to exercise while your kids play soccer.

You need a license to go fishing freshwater or saltwater. But yeah, you can still go fishing. You can get it at Walmart.

Mostly the Florida Elite people are in there.
Yes fishing is allowed and yes you can keep whatever you catch I haven't called anything after I've seen him jump some people catch some bass out there but I haven't found anything out there personally but you know they're there is a wildlife Fisher Airy fish management area and they feed them so but it's a good place to go have picnic tables out there it's got a little shelter
