I have been a satisfied renter for about 12 yrs. Recently we ordered for a party may 14 2022. Called him about delivery for our daughters birthday party. And was told our tent was canceled due to renter before us destroying tent. Spoke with him once saying he make sure returned. Never recieved our refund or any of my calls answered after call. I'm going to file a law Suite now. I'm passed off and will never use them again.

THE BEST BOUNCY HOUSE SERVICE I HAVE GOTTEN SINCE I MOVED HERE! I my 9 year old and 13 year old loved the slide and would 100% use them again for my parties. The bad reviews on here are just to draw you away. Seriously they have great service and so many options!!!

The bounce house deflated throughout the entire party and we found out the next day there was a hole in it. They will not return my calls or emails, refusing to acknowledge my complaint.
