Overall the people are wonderful at this facility. What I dont understand is their incidents of Urinary Tract Infections in their patients. My loved one got 2 devastating utis upon entry and Ive heard of others getting them there. Not sure what is going on with that but it should really be looked into.

The Hebrew Home is the worst place to put a dog in. Their staff is very insensitive. They only care about their job or not. If you have a complaint they will try and flip what you say to save their self. The staff are friends so you can’t complain on no one in there. It’s no real leadership. Please don’t put your elderly family there! I know first hand.

Most incompetent rehab on the planet. Doctor was totally clueless. Failed to send any discharge medications to outside pharmacy despite being asked daily for two weeks. (Sheer incompetence). Speech therapy was worst, spent weeks watching father eat, even though I had caregiver doing same thing, then they claimed they were evaluating what he was able to eat, even though they never gave me any feedback on what he liked to eat so it’s as if they billed my insurance for weeks where they did absolutely nothing. Worst part is they discharged him without a referral for speech therapy. Just because they were too lazy too treat him, doesn’t mean a competent therapist won’t be able to treat him. Stay away from the Hebrew home unless you are looking to warehouse your elderly relative.
