Very nice lifeguards, always extremely clean.

Pool clean and clear water. Restrooms clean. Working outdoor shower. One lap lane that is not well protected from the diving well but have lanes and likely could persuade a guard to put one in. One guard on phone entire time and two others working. They take 10 minute breaks each hour rather than rotate.

Yes, it's public. Open from 9a-6p daily.
It is open to the public during the summer, when school starts it's only open on the weekends. The last day of the season is on labor day. (September 6th 2021)
No fees for entry
Its usually 1pm on weekdays and im thinking 11am on saturday
