This community began as a "mobile home" park. As the mobile homes have aged they have been removed and replaced with new modular homes. There are several homes for sale by Sun Communities, outside realtors and owners.

$500+/month includes real estate taxes, trash, water, sewer, clubhouse, pool, maintenance, etc. Very well kept community.
