So, Ruth the first person to greet you has a sign on her desk stating being patient and putting up with crazy. Should read Grouchy and Mean with serious attitude. Check in. 1st thing she asks, did you call from your car. I didn't, and apologize. Hand her my order from doctor with appointment date, time and procedure. She asked, do you have appointment?? What are you getting done??? She had a nasty attitude. And you wanted me to fast and haven't had my morning coffee?? Get rid of that Grouchy woman. This isn't first review about Ruth. However, your two other employees I dealt with were exceptional

I am really surprised at the negative comments given. I have had so many tests there it's just crazy. Even when they never received the doctors faxed order for a test they would get on the phone and call the doctor for me to get everything straight. They go out of their way to help me. Everyone is so nice. I have met just about everyone. They go out of their way to accommodate me and always are great in explaining procedures to me. I highly recommend going to this facility for all your tests.

This place is a mess. I made an appointment for a Breast MRI three weeks ago and took time off of work. The day before the appointment they called me to say I had to be within a certain phase of my menstrual cycle - they just conveniently remembered! Of course they have no open slots for the next week, so I have to wait for next month. Those with a history of cancer in their family know how important time is. The representative on the phone could not even do simple math - she kept suggesting a day that was obviously not within the right phase. If I had not double checked and trusted her to know what the hell she was doing, I would have totally gone into it and received radiation for no reason. I wish I could avoid this place but I can't.

On Dec 31, my wife took my son for blood work two days before a doctors appointment, a pretty strict schedule. She was told several weeks ago that they would be open on December 31. My wife emphasized this point, given that it was New Year’s Eve, and the receptionist confirmed that “yes“ the lab would be open. Upon arrival, the lab was closed. There were approximately 6-7 vehicles waiting in the parking lot for the same reason. Further, the website in this moment indicated “open“ until 4:30 PM. Of course, it is reasonable to be closed on New Year’s Eve. But then tell your customers! Don’t tell them that you’ll be open if you won’t be! Misleading website! Awful customer service!
