I'm almost certain that they will refer you to the veterinarian they are affiliated with, but give them a call anyway. They may be able to refer you to free pet care or treat the leg themselves. Good luck with your kitten 🐱.
You need to be a resident of either Talbot or Dorchester County. You need to call Talbot Humane and speak to Nancy. They are doing spays and shots now.
