Just moved in a few weeks ago and we absolutely love it already! Everything is beautiful and clean and all the staff and residents are lovely people. Cant wait to do some more exploring around the neighborhood and for summers up at the pool

From the moment I moved in this place has been home. At the height of Covid I explored Mariner Bay virtually but received lots of help via the phone from the leasing office! Once I signed my rental agreement the help kept coming from the office and concierge teams! From scheduling loading dock access to all my questions every instance was met with a cheerful attitude and obvious smile behind every mask. Since I've lived here the welcome and helping atmosphere has continued! Vicki and V are always answering my questions and steering me in the right direction. When I need the attention of the office Meghan and the staff treat me like I'm their only client. Luis and Miguel never disappoint as they respond in a timely fashion to any maintenance call. They do so with enthusiasm and a cheerful demeanor! The cleaning crew also deserves a shout out and I will endeavor to learn these hard working ladies names. If looking to live in Annapolis at a friendly and accommodating site Mariner Bay is your destination!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Jamie O Happy Client 🙂 P.S. All the treats and functions are a nice touch!
