They never answer the phone, takes 2 weeks or more to have a simple prescription filled, never again!

They don't answer the phone and there are 3 people at the reception, they gave me a shift where I waited two months and when I arrived they couldn't do what I needed, and they wanted to Charge me for something that my Insurance Covered, I wasted my time! They don't guarantee either Translation, I was lucky that that day there was someone who spoke Spanish! I do not recommend the place!

I'm giving this place 1 star because one of the front desk women wearing a black sweater and has brown hair and a blue or black face mask is awfuly rude, She told me I couldn't sit in the waiting area because they only let appointment only people in there to wait. Now I'm here sitting on the nasty steps with crumbs all over because they have no chairs in the lobby area, She also kicked out a 90 year old and the person she was with now they're outside in the Florida heat! I get that were in a pandemic and all but there's no reason for an older person who may or may not suffer from an illness get kicked out into the heat like this!

My husband went with my son to the Lehigh office. They didn't explain the coverage from the insurance and they had to pay 165 for a kid that should be around $40. Come the next day, she said we couldn't changed anything.
