I hate that the food is so good but the service and the price sucks. Also one time i was ordering take out and my son , 4 at the time had his personal pizza from next door. He was so hungry and wanted to eat while we waited but they didn't let him eat inside. So bizarre. Even when i crave their food i think twice cause they are so rude there. I think take out and phone service customers get crummy service while they prioritize dine in customers. I'm guessing due to tips

I live 20mins away from this place, i called was told to hold made it to the restaurant while still on hold hung up went to the window to order and was still put on hold but in person all while the wait staff hid in the back. Second attempt told to hold hung up tried calling back phone left off the hook. I give up on this place

Good authentic Cuban food. Reasonable prices, friendly service. Coffee machine was out of order on my last visit. They have the best yuca with mojo of any place around. Portion sizes could be a little bigger but it was lunch so it was fine.

One of the best Cuban restaurants in Lehigh Acres! Quiet place, ample parking, good customer service, owners dedicated to taking care of their business. Excellent food, unique flavor! Made by the owner of Azucar, German, always with the support of his right hand Olguita. I recommend all the dishes but if you want something very simple and tasty, ask for the tamales with meat. When you want to enjoy good Cuban food and exceptional service go to Azucar!😉😉😉🙃🤗
