Horrible customer service...will never buy from them again. Tried to do a return for a TV that was delivered because their movers shipped it broken to the house. Unable to get competent help for days. A bunch red tape and in competence. Do not buy from them!

I called ahead of time to check if they could transfer all my files from my old laptop to my new laptop. They said they could but when I arrived with both laptops they told me it would take 5 days to do the transfer. I don't know about you but I can't go 5 days without a laptop as I use it for my own 1-person business. I asked the guy why they didn't tell me when I called what the backlog was and he said they don't know until they check in the system when somebody comes in. I then called the customer service number to ask them why they don't have a process in place where they can check what the wait time will be when someone calls in. (I can't imagine I'm the only person who would have this issue.) The person at customer service said that she can't see what the lag time is on her end. So I said to her that she might want to give feedback that that should be part of the process at Best Buy. She kept interrupting me and then started raising her voice at me. She was taking it personally when it didn't need to be. It's a Best Buy issue. The only reason I would go back here after being yelled at by their customer service is because I'm desperate and there aren't a lot of choices around here. I gave 2 stars rather than 9ne because the guy at the store was polite and its not his fault the company has a bad system.

Went in for some new RAM for my laptop. While I love having the option of being helped I feel like I was shopping for a car at a high pressure dealership! Don't get me wrong the staff was super friendly. I wanted to browse after grabbing what I needed but within 50 foot distance of walking I was asked by atleast 5 or 6 different ppl if I needed help even after seeing another employee just ask me so I just left instead 😆

Had an appointment to replace the screen on my iPhone that I made through Apple. I wish I knew the name of the guy that fixed my phone because he was AWESOME! He was very professional. I was prepared to pay to get my phone fixed, and he informed me that the repair was covered under the warranty! I am super happy with the service I got. My phone was all done in two hours.

I don't think so
Of course, if you have any other they verify it well and they will tell you what the next step is. 😉
Was there last week and they did have a couple different kids tablets.
You can look up manufactures specifications
uh oh try again - does NOT appear to be a question!
Seemed pretty good. Limiting people. Directing you to what you are looking for. Lots of plexiglass. Lots of separation dots on the floor. Hand sanitizer everywhere. Employees masked.
Doubtful.......I would try NewEgg
They have a service called the geek squad. There well trained and there in the store.
I don't know call them
What are you even trying to say? It looks like a word salad!
Call the store and ask for an appointment
Call the store and ask for customer pick-up
Call the store and ask. If they can't, try the computer repair and used laptop place that is in the shopping center across from Stang. If they can't do it, I'll bet they know who can.
You should contact The Geek Squad but let them know what you mean by fix CDs. Is it a CD drive in a computer, is it a CD audio player or do you have a damaged CD?
I think they do. Call them to make sure
Definitely take it to the customer service desk and see what they can do. If you bought a product insurance plan as long as you have the receipt, then they can do something for you. Otherwise, look at an electronics repair service, a new microphone should not cost too much to replace it.
You should probably go to CNET.COM for the answer to that. They give reviews for all kinds of electronic devices.
If you plan to play games i suggest looking for something with a gtx 1060 6gb or a gtx 1070 graphics card as those provide more than enough power to play on a tv which requires less resources to run than a high refresh rate monitor.
You can make a pledge on kickstarter, but I don't believe it's available for retail sale yet.
You might want to go visit the website cuz they might have different pricing depending on if there's any add-ons
They have a wide range. Please refer to website or call your local Best Buy.
