Our Lexus gets all its maintenance services done here and the car has no issues. Issues are always properly diagnosed. Some even secretly tell us they like our conservative bumper stickers. Friendly staff and a nice dealership. Was given a complimentary car wash.

Great experience all around purchasing my new Tacoma! Awesome team here.. salesman Brent and finance manager Rob made whole process seamless. No crazy dealer mark ups, unnecessary fees, etc . Highly recommend!

Had a great experience today with an oil and tire change. Had a small hiccup, but it was quickly and professionally resolved with the help of the manager (I forget the woman's name) and Jamie, who took excellent care of me through the entire process. Finally, had a smooth and pleasent check out with Keith at the end. Highly recommended!

Have been a loyal member of Toyota since 2010. I have always had my work done with Toyota when needed. Have never really had a problem. Historically I went with Toyota because the quality was always better than let’s say Ford and Chevy. It is recently though that I notice the quality of Toyota as well as their service has been declining over these past few years. I recently brought my 2021 Tacoma lease in for body work. I can honestly say that I’m disgusted in this company. First, no one explained how long they would have my vehicle (it has been 3 weeks now). Not knowing how long it would be I asked for a loaner vehicle considering this is a lease and this is a service they provided in the past. Toyota advised me that they no longer do this (even though other colleagues of mine recently had this service), they also suggested I go to HERTZ as it would be cheaper than me renting out of pocket. Due to no one calling to give clarity of what is happening to my vehicle I have had to be proactive and call them. At week one when I wanted to speak to the manager Scott I left 2 voicemails wanting to chat with him about this situation. I also left a message with the general voicemail and yet since this have not been called (it has been two weeks). This week I called to inquire about my vehicle and they stated “they broke the windshield and are now waiting for another to be delivered” now likely waiting 4 weeks total for my vehicle to be fixed. Toyota of Dartmouth sadly has lost its prestige. As FORD and CHEVY have improved over the years I’m heavily considering making a change. Furthermore, as a primary care provider I always make it a point to call my patients back within 48 hours. If I’m able to do this than so should the manager. If your reading this and contemplating coming here for service, DONT. I’ll also be encouraging my patients and community to go somewhere else. If you absolutely need to go to Toyota, then possibly consider Toyota of Raynham.

Up to date. Masks, plexi glass dividers. Hand sanitizer. Guy wiping handles etc. I'm there twice a week for corporate vehicles. Always feel comfortable that safety procedures are in place and being followed
Amanda, we will have someone reach out to discuss some options with you.
