Since 1948 Dairy maid has been a staple in in the Southend of New Bedford. They have both soft and hard ice cream, sherbet and an extensive list of flavors. Specialty sundaes include devil dogs, brownies and strawberry shortcake. They also have hot food. This is my go to for ice cream! Yumm

Very popular spot for ice cream! They offer a great variety and portions are generous. The lines can get quite long during peak hours but it moves quickly.
