The back of my iPhone 11 was cracked by the camera, I brought it in on July 19th to have it repaired. When I called I was originally told it would cost $105 and could be done same day. When I got there and told him I needed the phone back the same day for work purposes he upped the price to $127.99 plus tax. On August 16th I noticed the phone was cracked in the same place. When I called about having it repaired he told me the 90 day guarantee is only if the phone stops working or the parts fail and I would have to pay to have it repaired again. I never dropped the phone, the phone is never out of a case. Apparently the guarantee doesn’t cover the parts they use to repair the back. $137 for a repair that lasted 3 weeks! I’ll never waste my money here again!

Had to go there to get my phone back cover reglued. Other than the place had moved to another side of the building - still great service and friendly people... Highly recommend for anyone in need of cell phone repair.
