Especially for big ticket items, because they will register your product to make sure your equipment is warranteed. Big box guys dont do that. And they will advise you NOT to spend $ on things you dont need.

They also find those hard to locate OEM parts..they are very professional on the phone and in person. Took them 2 days to find and get the carburetor I needed for my multiquip welder generator. They put your mind at ease.
