Gorgeous views, plently of walking trails, quiet, serene, a great place for a walk, quick drive, or to eat lunch. There is no public car access to otter brook beach, but there is a trail that you can walk to the beach. I go here all the time, it's beautiful.

This is a beautiful damn to visit, just don't go swimming in the lake. Lots of area to walk around and explore on the waterfront and through some of the woods. Nice for getting exercise, fishing, picnicking, exploring rocks, and swimming if you choose to. The lake just happens to get a lot of run off and is typically shut down for swimming. Visit during different seasons for different perspectives.
