Fine hotel with a great location in downtown Keene. Right near the center circle, there are tons of restaurants and stores to walk to and neighborhood by a coop grocery. Room was nice and big (1 king), fridge and microwave. The limitations of room service were slightly confusing as cause some minor hectics with getting clean towels and removing trash. Nothing major. Laundry only had one working washing machine. Very small pool, but enough for young kids to play. Workout room looked small. Limited breakfast, but did not partake. Very friendly desk staff. Seems like it's a pretty busy hotel considering the convenient location and low competition.

You can walk downtown and everything else is no more than 15 minutes away. The pool is small but still very nice and clean. Staff is nice and helpful. Wifi is decent especially since it's free.

They Hotel and Staff was very nice, clean. The price was a little high but we picked it. Our room was very nice with the exceptions of the bed's. Very uncomfortable for the price we paid. Over all I would recommend and the surrounding area was fun for a night.

Solid hotel choice in Keene, NH. Great for those travelers who want to ski in Southern NH/VT but don’t want to pay resort prices: you get a much cheaper rate if you’re willing to drive up to an hour away from the resort. Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable mattress. The only downside was that they charge for breakfast.
