I was very hesitant to meet w a loan officer, but after meeting w Will Marshall, I felt 100% at ease! He explained everything I was leary to ask due to our experience w Bank of America. He was extremely great! Great personality and sense of humor to make you feel less stressed. We are going to proceed w applying for a loan through Suncoast as they seemed much more user friendly that Bank of America!!😁

Had great service from An associate named Joshua. He helped my husband and I with financing our car. He was very informative and even stayed late so we can go to the DMV to register our car and come back after normal business hours. He was very kind and we couldn’t be more grateful that we were able to get it all done in one day and that wouldn’t have happened if Josh didn’t help us! 5 stars! 😁
