I had a fantastic experience here, my front headlight bulb went out just before hurricane Ian. Fortunately when I got to the auto part store Ory was there to assist me with a great attitude and a smile on his face. He directed me to the correct bulb for my vehicle and then happily installed it for me when I asked for assistance. Ory is an amazing employee at autozone. He was fast efficient and knew exactly what he was doing. I came in with a headlight that was out. He helped me pick out a bulb and even put in the new light for me in under 5 minutes!! He is very experienced with cars and has a passion to learn all about them and help others out as much as he can. He is also extremely honest and kind. I’m very pleased with this location and Ory really set the bar for exceptional service. I recommend this location for anyone out of all the locations in the area! Keep up the great work!!

I have shopped at many auto zones in other competitive auto parts stores however I have never received the outstanding customer service provided by an associate by the name of JamMike N at Autozone in Holiday Fl. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and even took the time to explain the process of installing the headlight that I purchased at his store. I will absolutely be back again for all my auto parts needs moving forward because of his outstanding customer service!
