Two thumbs down for The Edgewater Supper Club this evening. After spending several hundred dollars in fuel for our airplane to fly to the Edgewater for dinner, fully expecting a great experience as we have had in the past, tonight we were greeted with a hostess who seemed to be on some sort of power trip and refused to seat us, despite about 2/3rds of the tables being vacant. She hummed and hawed and made us stand around for 15 minutes, then announced it might be another 10 minutes, maybe longer, she didn't really know. Finally, we had enough, walked out, and the Edgewater lost two good customers and all of the goodwill we have brought them over the years. There are so many great restaurants out there who are literally dying for business, that there is no need for this sort of behavior toward paying customers. It's one thing if the restaurant was full with a long line out the door, but another thing entirely when we are standing around looking at a majority of the tables empty and being unable to be seated. Oh well....live and learn. A restaurant can have hundreds of good reviews, but bad service will always catch up to them. If good service is of value to you, recommend you take your dinner plans elsewhere.

A great supper club in a great location! Can't say enough about how wonderful the staff and food were at the Edgewater! We enjoyed cocktails and pleasant conversation with the bartender as we entered. We were lucky enough to be able to sit in the room closest to the water. The cheese board was amazing with a mix of cheeses, cheese spread, fruit, honey, crackers and cornbread.... Delightful! The soup and salad we each had were also quite delicious and substantial. Our food was certainly tremendous! The walleye and it's sauce was certainly tasty, and the prime rib offered was an excellent piece ordered topped with Bleu cheese and sauteed mushrooms and onions..... Wow! We finished the evening with a grasshopper topped with whipped cream and raw sugar, how scrumptious! It was a great evening in a truly great space! Look for the leaning water glasses...

Really great drinks and service. Food is lovely! Not wheelchair accessible. Very much a WI supper club. Baked Potatoes are amazing. Fish is great.

Food was great and so were the old fashions! Service was also great! Only reason for 4 stars was because of the seating, we were so crammed in there I felt like the two tables next to us were sitting at our table, also we unfortunately got some younger drunk kids next to us that made it hard to enjoy our meal. Overall a nice place!

During the warmer months they do. If the river is frozen snowmobiles are always welcome.
It is not open right now. Not sure when it will. I know they are in the middle of remodeling the cooler.
While it is pricey no doubt, totally worth it. It is like stepping back in time. The service is unparralled, knowledgeable, friendly. The food is extrodinary with attention paid to the smallest detail!..go and enjoy the experience!
Better call them,
