This location has really went downhill the last couple years, but recently it's gotten worse. Day shift is great! Night shift is terrible. They are rude, impatient, and can be heard loudly talking badly about customers because they want to go home. And yes, that's including the manager. Like...we get it... we'd all rather ve home... but don't treat paying customers like trash in the process (especially when we've been nothing but nice). No other McDonald's in the area is this bad. Spend the extra time and drive to Fort or Lake Mills or even Creek so you don't have to deal with this.

McFlurry had oreo cookie in top 1/2 inch and the rest was soft serve only. No apple pies ready which we found out at pay window. EXTREMELY SLOW!!! Worst McDonalds ever!

Sat at the counter for 5 min before I was even acknowledged. When I finally ordered I watched as drive through people were served before me even though they ordered after me. They brought out part of my order but forgot my cone. When I asked for it the lady just turned and walked away and came back and handed it to me and walked away. Absolutely rude. Terrible service. Avoid this McDonalds.

This McDonald’s needs to be shut down. They are only running with 2 people. It is dirty, gross and I have waited in the drive thru lane for more than 40 minutes. If I did not have to pick up a delivery, I would have left this place after 5 min wait. I called the store while waiting in line and they got nasty with me.
