I wish I could give 0 stars. My 2 year old sometimes goes all day without eating and at the end of the day he wants Chipotle. It's the only food he'll eat some days and we visit them VERY often but this specific location was our fist time. The employees/manager didn't care to accommodate our request and said I should pay extra for any substitutions. My boy doesn't have the chips, fruit or drink on the kids meal, but instead he likes tomatoes and sour cream. The employees fussed about doing the changes, charged extra for 1 spoon of tomatoes, 1 spoon of sour cream, and no drink on our order. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. They don't care about pleasing the customer at all.

The service I received was disgusting 🤢 I watched an employee bring in two garbage cans from outside and then walk straight behind the counter to handle my food when I asked her if she could wash her hands since she just finished handling the trash cans she said “No, I didn’t touch the inside of the trash can so I don’t need to” 😳 like seriously!? And she proceeded to handle the food like it’s no big deal yuck!! I left the food there because who wants to eat food handled by someone with nasty trash hands no gloves or anything!!!? 🙄 Eat at this location at your own risk ⚠️

Chipotle consistently gets it right. This location gets it right. Near the Bustling Intersection of the Interstate 35 & Highway 121, this is the spot for everyone's perfect meal. You are the chef. And you are most likely a very smart & beautiful chef, may I add? You get the choice of choice ingredients to your very specification. If you want to be healthy? Fine. If you want it to taste good, but don't mind the calories? Fine. You get to choose. And isn't that what we all want? This location is probably one of the more spacious and wide open places in the portfolio of Chipotle. Plenty of outdoor seating. So. You can't go wrong. Go alone or bring friends. Enjoy your very own meal set to your rules. And don't forget to be kind to the people serving you.
