This place never gets the order right many times forgets to fill it properly. I am not sure if it's a franchise or cooperate. Either way needs major changes . I like burger King but unfortunately this I the only one somewhat closer to where I live . I own a franchise and understand the difficulty finding employees these days so I work extra hard to make sure I represent my product and services to a high standard

Terrible service. The guy working the drive through never told me what my total bill was going to be. I drove up to the window and he took my debit card still without telling me my total. I ordered unsweetened tea and ended up with sweetened even after he confirmed my order. Everytime I go there they get my order wrong 😒 I only go there because it's my son's favorite.

The food at this Burger King is the standard quality that you'd expect from a fast food restaurant. The issue here is the service and staff. I went through the drive through at 11pm, placed my order and was asked to pull around the front to pick it up, even though there was nobody in front of me and only 1 person behind me (indicating a slow cook staff and they don't want to get dinged on delivery time). I pull up front, the "manager" comes out with 2 bags confusingly hands me one and says "I think this one is yours" and walks away. I check the bag, it has the wrong order. I go inside to tell them the order is wrong and the "manager" gives me attitude about it. All in all, horrible customer service and all over their own error. I will not only be giving them this review, but will be reporting the "manager" and this location to their corporate office. These reviews are all over the same issues at this location (rude staff and horrible service), I'm glad to know it wasn't just MY experience.

The food was good. The menu display wasn't working for the combo meals 1 -5. No napkins or straws near drink station. Bathroom sink was extremely dirty.
