Nice size and all kinds of things to buy in bulk. Just remember to bring cash no cards don't know about checks. Very interesting!! I bought bulk jello and fresh no hull popcorn seeds for popping. The fun thing is powered cheese. You can do so much with it.

We don't regularly go to Mishler's. We go to M & M pet supply right next door but Google maps continuously bugs me to review Mishlers so just to stop the notifications I'll review it. This is a typical Amish bulk food store. Very much like all the others only much more crowded. On the other hand M & M pet supplies has an excellent selection of bird seed and other pet foods. We drive down from Appleton at least once a month and our birds appreciate it!

Mishlers has the most welcoming atmosphere. They carry great items and I love their fresh fruits and vegetables. They have jellies, candy, dry goods and vitamins. Something for everyone. Great store!

No phones there and plan on cash or check only. This is a great store with lots of bulk foods and homesteading items. I don't remember seeing any batting the times I've been there. If you decide to go, (and I hope you do) they're friendly and may be able to obtain some in the future or refer you to other shops for quilting items.
Mishler is open year round and is closed every Thursday and Sunday. Also closed on holidays like Christmas Eve and Day and possibly Easter. But beware if there's a death in the family they're closed. If you stop at Wayside for gas or food they will know.

2 to 3 tablespoons according to how strong you like it and about 1/4 cup water bring to boill then reduce heat until desired thickness.
