Dang a lot of bad reviews for this store.

Hailey at Plato’s Closet went above and beyond to accommodate me on the day my store credit was expiring. These days you can buy anything on the internet, so it’s this kind of service that will make me come in and shop here. Store also has a great selection and always well-stocked.

I have been in a few times and each time I felt judged and staff was rude. They talk to you as if you’re an annoyance and will whisper to each other. Last time I went in I had a really bad day and had been crying and decided to come in to sell clothes and the girl at the counter talked to me like a dog. She then kept looking at the girl next to her and rolling her eyes and I heard her whisper to her I looked rough. The same girl had been rude to me before. She then looked me up and down and said that I must have not shopped with them before and if I did I would know not to bring my clothes in the bags I did. I was like ?? I had sold with them three times before and used the same bags and never had a problem and many others had similar bags. She then told me I should bring Trader Joe’s bags and reusable ones when I had a mixture of that and one garbage bag, but I guess that one bothered her. She then just stood there and I waited for her to let me know what else I needed to do and she sighed and told me to get in line and rolled her eyes, as if I should know that when I normally just do the whole process at the counter she was at. I will never sell with them again they are always very rude and judging.

Yes we need purses! Looking for styles that teens and college students would use that are gently used.
Yes it is trendy and fashionable. FYI if it is gang related then I believe they will remove the patches off the jacket to resale as a fashionable item . Other than that it is just in time for the holidays.
They do! :)
I actually tried on a pair and they were 11.00 not a bad price. Have a good day.
Unaware of buying guidelines. Sorry.
Wearing masks. The clothes aren't accepted unless they are washed before hand. That being said, Plato's closet doesn't wash the clothes when they accept them or after they are tried on. Shop at your own risk, but there are some great finds there.
Agreeing with Jeremiah Rodriguez, they'll take just about any clothing especially if it's designer
I would not pay very much because I am a senior citizen and too old for me Jordan's. My question is Jordan's what? I would pay anything for his underwear but might pay well for his bank account. We are Google guides and not store employees. Make a trip to the store with Michael's things. I am sure they will be glad to see you!
They prefer complicated northern clothing unless it comes with midwestern undergarments. Then. They must be Canadian
If you have a receipt for your drop off, return to the store for payment on the next business day, probably Thursday.
Yes but they have to be currently "in style" and name brand. They offered me $3 for a brand new pair of Torrid 4" 2 strap nude heels. And if it's super name brand like the Ray-Ban sunglasses I brought in, make sure the manager is there bedfore you get there because the other employees cannot buy them or give u a quote for them.
Probably $5
Yes they do.
They do sell purses. But, not sure about Michael Kors.
