Footlocker made my shipping label on May 11th and never shipped it out. Allowed one of the employees to steal my shoes! Needless to say I'm still empty handed and my order has been canceled because Footlocker wasn't competent.

Tried to go into Kids Footlocker at the mall today to exchange a pair of shoes I purchased online. I walked up to the store and the gate was closed. Fine. I figured COVID had something to do with this. Not a big deal! I walked up to the gate and was met by an employee who told me that the gate was closed because they were "cleaning." I saw several what seemed to be customers sitting trying on shoes in the store... so that was confusing. I asked when they would be open again and was told "When we're done cleaning." And then I asked how long they thought it might take and the employee then rudely replied with "however long it takes us" and then he walked away. I came to the mall specifically to return these shoes and did not necessarily feel like waiting around for the gates to open so an estimate instead of a rude af response would have been nice. I returned the shoes to Champs who were very nice to me. Foot Locker is a definite no go for me from this point on.
