We are so excited to start our new adventures at our new home here at north beach. We just randomly decided to check out these apartments and immediately fell in love. Couldn't of done this without Joel, he has been amazing from the start to finish in keeping us updated with our application and being super attentive!

Wish I could give more than 5 stars! Visited over ten different communities before moving and North Beach was our top choice by far. We love the floor plan, the amenities and the warm atmosphere. Maintenance requests have been dealt with super quickly so far and the staff are just wonderful. When skyping family back home, I could hardly stop talking about this place.

Had a tour of at least one apartment complex pretty much every day for a week, and by far North Beach was the most professional and welcoming. Joel was a pleasure to tour with and left no stone unturned. The grounds seem very well kept and the amenities look great. There are other luxury apartments that have similar or lower prices, but they aren't nearly as spacious as those of North Beach. Hoping I'll be living here soon.
