US Bank is the worst bank I have ever done a business with in the US. Do not bank with this scoundrels. They will mess your life.

This is for the people who are looking for an actual bank lobby with tellers. It's not! Corporate offices yes. But if your having problems with your card and can't get cash off of your card. They have a US Bank ATM IN THE FRONT DOOR behind the guards desk to the right. I was having so much problems getting cash off my US Bank card but went there stuck in the slot and out came the money. This is FYI.

No support what do ever! ATMs all over the metroplex, but no Branches! This is appalling!

I have been a victim of fraud on my US Bank debit card account, twice. The first time was unauthorized ATM withdrawals and the funds were returned. US Bank said oops it was a "system error" Fast-forward a few months same violation. Now its no error found. $900 stolen and I am fighting tooth and nail to recover my funds. Inside job. Update...I have been hung up on, last time this last Friday after waiting for supervisor over 1 hr.....I have made over 10 calls. I can not get anyone to listen. I have two police reports, A Federal Trade Commission ID Theft report, and the most simple thing, I sent a copy of my license. PULL THE ATM FOOTAGE IT IS NOT ME ON CAMERA...you guys know your accounts have been hacked. If anyone thinks that a Bank and its employees are beyond theft, think again.
