I like Firehouse subs. But today's visit wasn't what I expected and left hungry. I agree with some of the other reviews, don't order through Uber pickup. I placed my order then was notified that it was ready. I went during my lunch break expecting to pick up my order. I walk in wasn't greeted, wasn't acknowledged. They were busy filling other orders and I waited over 10 min for some help. Nothing. I cancelled my order through Uber because it was taking too long. Please don't tell me an order is ready for pickup drive there then have to wait. Won't be ordering from this location again.
