After going all over town looking for fun bright colored patio chair cushions I found a good selection at roses. I bought 3 different patterns because I wasn’t sure what/if they would fit or which one(s) I liked best. Went home tried out various combinations and went back to exchange 2 cushions only to find out…NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES after 7:30pm. So, I just bought what I wanted and will have to come back to make the return another day. It’s a strange policy and I did ask what the policy was when I initially purchased the cushions and that was not told to me. The paper receipt says: refunds excepted up to 30 days with sales receipt/exceptions apply. I guess that means NOT AFTER 7:30pm!! Crazy. Otherwise, a nice experience.

Rude manager that big blk lady with the missing teeth was extremely rude to me and singled me out saying I had to leave my bag at the entrance when she let this other woman into the store with her bag no problems at all. AND she was rude. If your jealous because I have a good body just say that. And I will be calling HR about this because i am very serious about customer service and her attitude was nasty she better be lucky I respect my elders.
