Completely unsatisfied! First I race over there from the Northside trying to pick my weed eater up and arrive at 4:55 and they wouldn't give me my weed eater, although the sign on their door said they close at 5 pm, so I came back the next day and picked it up. Got it home and it wouldn't start, took it back three days later and was told they don't work Ryobi equipment, just after telling they had repaired and charged me three days ealier. Store manager took my weeder in the back after a little heated exchange and came back saying it was good. Took it home and it still doesn't work, Totally unprofessional and rude people with zero interest in customer service!!!
