Waited for over a half an hour, the girl at the counter tried to charge me $109 for a DOT physical, so before I payed her I started asking questions pertaining to what they were going to do, because I had USCG application they needed to fill out. But the girl at the counter started acting nasty because she did not know the answers... so she gets a doctor, and he also didn't know.... But they tried to assure me they knew what they were doing to get me to pay... Pay first find out later is the policy I suppose... I left and got the physical done elsewhere... Edit: the owner responded, my answer is this replace the girl at the counter and the doctor with knowledgeable people... answer questions first, then you get your money.

I believe the "Walk-in" appointment is just a lure for folks to make appointments for another day. The place was very clean and professional. PLEASE GET MORE STAFF!!!! There's no excuses not to have more staff, so you can actually honor walk-in appointments. Folks don't like waiting forever, and this is a huge city with ready applicants. I arrived 4hrs before closing and still had to come back another day. That's unacceptable for me. They said it was only 1 person in the back. This is a huge city and yall can hire more people! All my tests were completed and explained to me. Nice staff.

Slow as molasses at the front desk but I love Dr. Thorpe. He is fast, nice to my children, and efficient. I never usually have any issues at this location. The front desk however took 20 minutes to check me in.
