Wanted to add to my review the rules bc I saw some incorrect info here. Day 1 they take all identification and court papers. They take your photo so they know who you are when u come. The more aggressive parents comes early and waits as the other parents only parks outside for exchanges (never goes inside). After that the parent inside waits 15 minutes after exchange to leave so no one comes in contact with each other. They are not babysitters but they can be used as witnesses in court if need be. All scheduling is done in their app so there is no confusion between parties. Appointments must be done in advance and if u are late or miss appointments u will be fined. If arguing and scheduling issues are a problem this is a great way to live drama free and get evidence of scheduling not being followed for court

It's a very good place to exchange your kids at. Especially when u don't get along with your ex. I never have to see her,nor deal with her at all. Besides that the staff is very courteous. I'll stick with them until my son is 18 yrs old!!#
