Went for Mother’s Day with my little one (age 10), they atmosphere is so charming and we felt welcome to the point the receptionists help us when we were loss in the area. We both got pedicures and they were so relaxing, I almost fell asleep and there was no over cutting or jabbing of my cuticles. I would definitely come again.

DO NOT get your nails done with Kay! This was the worst nail experience of my life. I left the nail salon in tears. My fiancé had gotten us the couples package for my birthday. She cut my toe, then took forever to do my hands after (we had payed for the full package and i was going to get tips and a gel manicure in addition). I ended up coming the next day to finish it and was not even greeted by her, she was SO rude and had no idea what she was doing. The owner was nice enough to hear me out but still charged me for my nails and did not refund me the manicure VIP service that we had payed for. Also my nails did not even last a week!!!! Would not recommend this place to anyone!!

Booked a manicure and pedicure at this place for myself and my boyfriend. It’s a really pretty nail shop - beautiful aesthetic. However, I was not impressed with the outcome of my nails or the full experience during. 1. I was cut pretty bad on my foot during my pedicure, and it’s been bleeding since I left - I enjoyed my technician and she explained how the cut happened - but it’s just not pleasant to leave a salon with cuts on your cuticles. 2. I’m not sure the type of gloss or top coat the salon uses for gel pedicures but it’s barely shiny and “unevenly shiny” in areas on my toes (you can see in the photo) I overheard my tech explaining the dullness of the polish to a coworker but I guess it wasn’t seen as a major thing to fix - it wasn’t a HUGE deal to me, but something to note. 3. My manicure tech was a little aggressive while doing my nails, yanked me a few times, and also left a small cut on my fingernails as well. The dip treatment was left lumpy in a few areas and filed unpleasantly. 4. I recommend larger black light things for gel pedicures - i burnt myself trying to squeeze my foot in one of them and it was also tough to balance my foot and the device on the gold bowls (although the gold bowls are very very cute) 5. I also possibly recommend covers or something for drinks, I couldn’t finish my wine because there was dust from nail filings and buffering floating in my drink mid way of me finishing it Overall, I think there’s room for improvement as far as the skill and quality of the nail service goes. I would just like it to be up to par for the amount of money we spent going. Next day update: Mi think my toe was cut worse than what I thought, it’s been bleeding all morning, just added a second photo. Not pretty at all…cleaning it every hour…

$51 for dip powder nails. They dont do acrylic
They take walk ins but everything wont be available depending on what service your looking to get. For example you can walk in and get your nails done and usually can walk in and get your eyebrows threaded but if u want an eyebrow wax call ahead kuz the eyebrow waxer stay busy
