Not as good as it use to be! First time we went there it was amazing! Rooms are a great size and the view is amazing! Great pool and Marina! Now it is real hard to get someone to answer the phone when calling to make a reservation or ask a question. The rooms are clean, however, we had to check out a day before someone else had the room. If check out is 10 am, why can't someone else check in at 2 pm that same day? Most Hotels do this! Hardly any rooms were rented when we were there. In addition, the Manager's kid was begging us for money to play a game.

Been here a few times, the office front desk staff was fantastic, she went above and beyond. However..management could use a lot of tightening up. They kept giving the office girl their files to do and then still have her running around doing things around the entire campus. Even watch and walking her dog. I overheard her YELLING at her employees about how she was “under paid” and made so much less then everyone else but from all my stays, she was always on vacations, so she goes on a LOT of vacations like twice a month leaving the front desk to run the show which she did FANTASTIC. if they get better management, then I’ll be back. Until then, I’ve contacted their main owner and operator Alex to voice my concerns of his management. A lot of people are living on the grounds for free. What’s up with this manager?🤔
