They do not keep they word when hiring you it takes a long time to get on the floor and make money if you planning on working here make sure you can reach old references or they will say sorry you can't work overnight til after your 90 days you get closer to your 90 days and boom sorry we can't offer you overnight but you can work a shift you told them you can't work they are a joke and HR lady that hire you is not professional always have a attitude when you call if you like a living company then apply

Way back in 1963 and 64 I was a student at Stetson University. I volunteered at the home rocking small children and reading stories to them. There were beautiful young children there whose parents gave them up. It broke my heart. My experiences there formed my career in fact. I majored in education with a strong interest in special education. I moved to Durham NC and was the first white teacher to integrate the county school system. I created innovative programs for culturally disadvantaged children. After six years I moved to Florence SC. I earned a masters in learning disabilities and then started the first LD programs in Florence and Marion Co South Carolina. My love for children in need stayed with me throughout my 77 years. I look back with deep gratitude to the Duvall Home for shining a light that guided me through life. Keep up your great work. God bless you.

My son, Jon, has been living at Duvall Homes for about 25 years. It is by far the best residential care facility for persons with disabilities we've ever experienced. Can't say enough about their wonderful staff and program. FIVE STARS!!! Duvall rocks!!!!!!!
