We inquired about getting a bigger van because we have two special needs children. Right away Ray McCay set up a meeting with us, and drove a van to our home for us to see. We were amazed at how big and beautiful the van was. The only thing that was stopping us was the down payment. Ray went to work right away searching for the perfect van for us. We were able to buy a 2014 Chrysler Town and Country, and it is absolutely perfect! My 16 year old son loves it, and on the way home he was telling us all the van features. Our two youngest kids love it too! They were strapped in their chairs, and laughed and smiled the whole way home. We have never had a salesman go above and beyond the way Ray did!

I wanted to take the time to express my utmost gratitude! It took me a little time to get my van in because I had no other way to pick up my son's medication or run errands. I'm single parent. A couple months ago I ran over a curb at Taco Bell and damaged some of the wires. The lift worked somewhat but some functions of it would not work which meant that I had to use it manually every time we had to go out. I took it in today thinking it was going to be a huge chunk of money to fix and I would be having it brought back in next week and left there. I really appreciated the lovely waiting room with cable and coffee hot chocolate snacks Waters sodas I was blown away by the customer service! I was on kind of a time crunch because I finally after 3 weeks found a pharmacy that would carry a special medication my son takes and I only had another hour to get to it. Imagine my surprise and delight when I was told that the technician fixed it in just a couple minutes! Wonderful compassionate people their most obviously can see my need. I definitely will be dropping off some homemade banana bread or cinnamon rolls on our way out of town since now I can take my son to do some of his bucket list things like camping. Thank you from a most grateful mom!

We had such a wonderful experience with mobility works in Narcoossee Rd. Ray McKay was such a great person to work with. He answer all our questions, was very helpful a very nice person to deal with. Romie Campbell was also a very nice guy and very helpful. We will definitely be going back.

We want to thank Mobility Vans For Kids, they provided our adapted Adapted mini van in partnership with Mobility Works. We had a fantastic experience with Philip Ferrer and Ray from Mobility Works in receiving our mini van and making sure we learn everything about it. Simon was excited to be able to be placed safely and easily inside and our backs are forever greatful.
