This is one of the worse Burlington Coat factors to go to i rather drive to Cedar Hill or GP before going to this one..First off “Kevin” (store manager) you got your nerves following me around in the store i probably got more money than you’ll ever have in a lifetime how dare you follow me around and pretend you’re helping you made me feel uncomfortable and i def didn’t like that at all i don’t need to steal from no one i’m successful and not someone you should be following and eying down it’s sad how a specific culture will do this to their own kind but won’t do this to another race of people..However i spoke with the cashier by the name of Shaneeta i think and she was very nice good customer service and was accommodating to my complaint and told me the right people to speak to about this uncomfortable experience..I hope the general manager reads every bit of this i’m also a U.S. veteran and may tell veterans and others to never shop here if this is how we will be treated.. I shop in high end stores and don’t have people like Kevin following me around smh PLEASE

Correction: The 1star was for the Ft. Worth location on Hulen. The Dallas location was great. Sorry about that. Ft. Worth lines were extremely long. Only 4 cashiers and 2 of them continued to leave their registers numerous times as the lines continued to get longer. One of the other 2 registers had a problem, so only one lane was continuing to take customers. I was in the line over 30 minutes, and the cashier forgot to give me one of my bags. Smh. I called, and they had to issue a refund for the items in the missing bag.
