Came to this Ross few days ago, came back to return some items. I called yesterday to see when they open the lady said they opened at 9am today. Got all the way here to this side of town to find out they don’t open until 10. Probably the most infuriating thing having a toddler & an injury making the effort to come here for nothing is upsetting. I hate when places randomly change their hours where even the employees don’t know anymore when they open. Waste of gas & time.

Not much stock. Long wait times in the line. Looked like there was only 1 cashier in the whole place. Some older lady supervisor walked out for a minute but disappeared again. Help your cashiers! Not as tidy as it was 8 months ago. Management here must be going downhill.
