Dirty place and many machines don't work. They have a "out of service form" to complete for money wasted on broken machines. I have left 4 "out of service" forms in the past 2 months on 4 different occasions with no returned call or attempt to even get a refund. The machines that are broken, remain broken and unfortunately there are no warnings with a sign to let the customers know that the machine is broken. I have been patient but now I am definitely being ignored after several months with no responses from any owner/employee. What's the point of filling out the "out of service" form when no one follows up on the forms received by contacting the customer and actually fixes the machines to avoid this problem?

My clothes were washing . I went to see oif they they were forn and the uh were locked up right. I was sitting out I'm the parking lot waiting to put them in the dryer. Amazing. Worst customer service ibe ever witnessed. They locked up 3 hours early

Everything is outdated and dirty, the dryer on th end on the bottom (#10) is broken so it catches your clothes and wads them up, no soap in the bathroom and it always stinks, broken chairs, and it isn't safe, there are many homeless people that come in here for whatever reason and nothing is being done.
