I called today to fill a prescription. I spoke with Nicole, she was short and rude. I asked a simple question regarding a 60 day supply for a refill and Nicole wouldn’t answer the question just put me on hold. Lee, got on the line to assist he was very pleasant answered all my questions without hesitation. I would give a 0 if I could.. You should have more employees like Lee, and people like Nicole shouldn’t work In a customer service environment if they don’t like their job. IF YOU DONT WANNA WORK DONT.. I can take my business elsewhere if it’s not appreciated..

Pharmacy is so unprofessional. If I were you. I would get your prescription else were, don't even bother with their services. They let the phone ring ring ring and hang up on you. They have not emailed me my results to my test, having me miss out on work. Looks like I'm going to have to drive up there.
