I don’t know if it’s because this place is in the hood or what but they’re always rude my receipt says Karen but I’m sure that’s not her name.. first off she wouldn’t stop her conversation to assist her customer she may have been new since she had to ask for help anyway .. second whoever was checking out with her at 5:20 a Hispanic male was very rude I purchased the buy 100 pictures for 9 cents online and when I checked out I noticed it said 101 because a 5 x 7 was added I kindly asked the woman to take it off because it was a mistake the gentleman then told me I messed up the discount because I took it off all while smiling and laughing he couldn’t figure out what to do so I told him to just add it back ( mind you it’s 100 4 x 6 for 9 cent ) he didn’t want to hear that he told me he already trashed the 5 x 7 and it would take time to remake it .. I then told him to forget about it I just wanted the discount he then came back and told me he was going to make it and I explained the situation again all he could do was laugh and say so it doesn’t matter right ? I never in my life have felt like this he tried to belittle me over something he didn’t know or he clearly can’t count and Karen even though that’s not her name if she’s training she needs to focus on learning and not trying to finish her conversation then asked assist this happened at 5:20 on November 9th and yes I am going to corporate this stores customer service sucks

I felt very uncomfortable today. The African American heavy set guy that works in the front was following me around the whole store like if I was going to steal something. I purposely stood by an aisle kind of hiding then boom he came out that aisle. I felt so mad and wanted to say something, but I'm not a confrontational person.

I tried to return an online order, but the manager started yelling at me before I could make it to the counter saying they won’t take UPS shipments and to get out. I don’t know how someone so rude and terrible got promoted to manager, but …
