Great customer service here, everyone is greeted & helped. I went in right before closing and they did their best to help me. Ricky answered all my questions about upgrading to a new phone. Also, last week I came in & I was having issues with my phone service & Edgar let me use his cell phone so that I can make a personal call. He didn't have to, but I appreciate that he did & how understanding & helpful he was. Overall their customer service is consistent & everyone in there was very welcoming staff. Thank yall.

Got help with my service from Sam at this location he was absolutely amazing, so friendly and so helpful, extremely knowledgeable. I came in to switch one phone over from another service, walked out with the new iPhone and the air pods, he was very convincing.
