CHECK WEATHER BEFORE EVEN PACKING UP TO GO TO POOL!! The small pool is still closed and you can tell they have no intentions of fixing it anytime soon. They know they have intentions of closing the pool due to weather and will still charge you to get in and then rush you to leave the building.you can tell the lifeguards are young they are very rude and when they close the pool they are laughing about it like they planned it the whole time they answer the phone so rudely. I have been there literally 3 times this week and they close around 2 every day and never open back up. One time they said they were closing due to a storm that was coming AND IT NEVER CAM! Because this is the only pool for the community and my kids love to swim I go but they really need better staff and to have better attitudes.

Great facility to hold our Special Olympics meet. Nice for a daily swim.

ALWAYS dirty with sand EVERYWHERE. Smells of dirty laundry and filthy restrooms. Small pool has been down for almost 2 yrs. The teenage lifeguards not friendly and look absolutely miserable to be working there. It use to be a nice facility, what happened??

$1 per Duval County resident. $1.50 per out of county resident. Kids 3 & under are free. No ID's required - it's an Honor System.
No they close at 6pm
It's $1.08 per person. Not sure about monthly or yearly
Is open.
Yes. Plenty clases fue diferente ages, and i like the place ...Is clean and PEOPLE are Very nice to YOU...
Yes- it's limited lockers. However, you can get dressed in the restrooms as well.
If it's just raining it's open but if there's thunder or lightning closed.
Yes they do, your best bet is to call up there for more information. But they do have them bc I took my child there for swimming lessons.
Yes! The main pool is set up for lap swimmers - but the smaller pool isn't restricted. $1 per Duval resident; $1.50 per out of county resident. BUT there is no proof required... Just saying.
There is a smaller pool for younger kids that's 3 to 4 feet. A large pool for swimming and diving 5.2 feet to 11.9 feet.
I believe it's a dollar for in county and about $1.50 out-of-county residents. unlimited hours you only get to enter once if you leave and come back you have to pay for reentry.
Did not seem very chlorinated. I was able to open my eyes underwater without the general chlorine burn.
7 am
There's plenty of room but I'm not sure about having food and such inside
I would call.
Not available yet. That's what I'm waiting for myself.
GPS it
Call them I couldnt find any info on that.
They have a warmed pool that's separate from the Olympic sized pool. There are steps with a hand rail leading into the shallow side of the pool. Also a concrete bench on the railing side for relaxing while in the water. It may be suitable for seniors.
They do offer a yearly membership. Prices are based on what time of year you purchase it.
Yes unless there is a meet or cleaning issue
Yes, there are. Warm, with a bench and everything. There are also lockers and a separate dry restroom as well.
They very, best thing to do is call or go by and pick up a monthly calendar (they're free).
Drinks and snacks in a designated area they have, pool toys I am not sure.
It is indoor, it is chlorinated, but the ventilation is fair and the water has not bothered me or my kids.
Call the pool and request a time.
Not that I know of, but check their website or call to be sure.
Yes.
I believe there are too many lanes to end up sharing! It's great!
Yes! I haven't check lesson prices this year, but it is usually less than other toddler swim lesson providers. Call 255-4272 Hours: M-Th 7a-8p Fri 7a-6p Sat 9a-6p Sun 1a-6p
There are several year round swim clubs in the Jacksonville area. Should be about $100 a month per child.
