Cleanliness needs massive improvement, staff customer service is nonexistent, communications towards the customers upfront about money is none existing also, store technically steals from you by not giving you your full change.

I hate this dollar tree. I usually don’t write reviews but with the level of service I received- I feel compelled.. I received poor service from the manager on duty, and the cashier is the result of the poor management… I went in with my three month old, grabbed 4 items, and got in line. After being in line “A” for 15 minutes, I was instructed by the ”Manager” to move to the end of line “B”. She was closing her register… WOOOOW. Listen, the cashier for line “B” needs to be retrained.. it took 10 minutes for me to pay since she canceled the transaction twice, THEN takes 5 minutes to press the key that processes the payment with an attitude (Hint: She’s not new) ….ANOTHER WOOOOW. Also, the store itself is doesn’t makeup for the bad service. The store is unorganized and doesn’t carry many of the items commonly found at other stores like the colorful storage bins or toy army men.
