Great customer service, I will definitely go back to this store if I have any other issues. GCI online socks at customer service but this store made everything right and definitely helped keep me a customer.

Ashley was the rep who served us on the Sunday we went in and she literally rolled her eyes any time we asked a question. She seemed completely unwilling to help, probably because our phones were being transferred from another carrier, meaning not a large commission from device sales. She even went as so far as to tell us because our address comes up incorrectly in THEIR system, that we would have to have that changed before we could establish our account. When I asked who to talk to so I could get that resolved, she rolled her eyes again, and said "no one." REALLY??? So frustrated by the complete lack of customer empathy and TERRIBLE customer service that we left and are looking into other carriers.

How is GCI going to send people to my house to tell me they’re going to be hooking up a new line for faster and cheaper Internet? You guys can ask but you guys are not hooking up anything! We will have problems if that’s what GCI wants.

Go to library and log into account and suspend. If no insurance order phone. Stores too busy to help you. Waited one hour and still not through either prior customer. I just needed a new phone.

I'll be traveling through Canada next week. I realize that if I use my GCI cell phone service, I will incur extra charges. Are extra charges incurred if all I use other functions, such as I-turnes and the GPS APP.

Verify with customer service but the GPS and i-turns usually require data to function properly which would incur charges. Best or luck
